Vantiquecreations (“Vantique”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website vantiquecreations.shop and the Vantiquecreations Android application (together, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following information:

Contact and delivery information

Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address and other information required to process or support an order.

Customer account information

Information associated with your Shopify customer account, including your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.

Customer authentication is provided through Shopify. We do not ask you to send us your account password.

Order and transaction information

Products viewed or purchased, cart contents, selected variants, quantities, prices, discounts, payment method, payment status, order status, cancellations, returns, refunds and communications concerning an order.

If Cash on Delivery is used, we may receive information about collection, payment and settlement status from the applicable courier, supplier or fulfilment provider.

When electronic payments are available, payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider. We do not directly receive or store complete card, banking or UPI credentials.

App activity and preferences

The Android app may process information such as your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products, selected preferences and interactions with app features. When you are signed in, this information may be associated with your customer account and kept separate from other customers’ information.

Reviews

When you submit a product review, we may collect your rating, review title, review text, display name, associated product and any photographs or videos you voluntarily provide through a supported review interface.

Published reviews may be visible publicly. Depending on the available review settings, your review may display your chosen name or an anonymous label. Your email address is not intended to appear publicly with the review.

Reviews are processed using Judge.me. Judge.me may send transactional messages concerning review verification, publication or administration where required by its service or our review settings.

Do not include your address, phone number, email address, order number or other sensitive information in publicly visible review content.

Try On images and camera information

If you choose to use a Try On feature in the Android app, the app may request permission to use your device camera or allow you to select an image.

We process the images you voluntarily provide and information derived from them as necessary to create and display the requested Try On result. Processing may occur on your device or through technical service providers used to operate the feature.

The app does not access your camera without device permission. You may deny or revoke camera permission through your device settings, although the Try On feature may then be unavailable.

Do not upload an image of another person unless you have their permission.

Communications

We collect information you provide when contacting us through email, the website contact form, customer support or another communication channel. This may include your message, contact details, order number and supporting files.

Device and usage information

Our website, app and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

• IP address.
• Browser and device type.
• Operating system and app version.
• Language and time zone.
• Pages, products and features viewed.
• Session and cookie identifiers.
• Approximate location derived from an IP address.
• Timestamps, diagnostic information and technical errors.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information:

• Directly from you when you create an account, place an order, contact us, submit a review or use Try On.
• Automatically through the website, Android app, cookies and similar technologies.
• From Shopify and other providers that support our store, app, customer accounts and checkout.
• From suppliers, dropshipping partners, couriers and fulfilment providers concerning orders, deliveries, returns or payment status.
• From payment providers when electronic payments are available.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• Operate and provide the website and Android app.
• Create and manage customer accounts.
• Maintain carts, wishlists and recently viewed products.
• Process, fulfil, deliver, cancel, return or refund orders.
• Confirm payment and Cash on Delivery status.
• Communicate order and service updates.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Process, moderate and display product reviews.
• Provide Try On results requested by you.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve the Services.
• Maintain business, accounting and transaction records.
• Comply with legal, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Send promotional communications where permitted and subject to your choices.

We will not use an image provided for Try On for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate legal basis or further permission.

4. Publicly Visible Information

Reviews, ratings and review photographs or videos submitted for publication may become publicly visible.

Before submitting public content, make sure it does not contain personal or confidential information that you do not want others to see.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only when reasonably necessary with:

• Shopify, which provides ecommerce, checkout, customer-account and related store infrastructure.
• Judge.me, which processes and displays product reviews.
• Cloudflare, which may provide network, security and review-service infrastructure.
• Suppliers and dropshipping or fulfilment partners, where necessary to prepare and fulfil an order.
• Courier and logistics providers, where necessary to deliver, return or track an order or handle Cash on Delivery.
• Payment providers, when electronic payments are available.
• Technical service providers, including providers supporting hosting, communications, security and Try On functionality.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts or government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
• A successor organisation in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their functions and process information subject to their contractual and legal responsibilities.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain customer sessions.
• Operate accounts, carts and checkout.
• Remember preferences.
• Protect the Services from fraud and misuse.
• Understand website performance and usage.

You may unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order, account, security or customer-service communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services.
• Complete and support transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts.
• Handle deliveries, returns, refunds and disputes.
• Prevent fraud and maintain security.
• Meet accounting, taxation and legal obligations.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate it where reasonably possible. Information processed by Shopify, Judge.me, Cloudflare, payment providers, couriers and other service providers may also be retained according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.

However, no website, application, transmission method or storage system is completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and customer account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• Information about the personal data being processed about you.
• Correction, completion or updating of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of information that is no longer required, where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent.
• Unsubscription from marketing communications.
• Assistance with a privacy concern or grievance.
• Any other right available under applicable Indian law.

Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate processing completed before the withdrawal. We may retain certain information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. A person under 18 should use the Services or place an order only through a parent or lawful guardian.

We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children for independent commercial profiling or marketing. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, contact us so we can review the matter.

12. International Processing

Shopify, Judge.me, Cloudflare and other service providers may process information using systems located outside India.

When information is processed internationally, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. We use service providers subject to their applicable contractual, privacy and security obligations and comply with restrictions imposed by applicable Indian law.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content or security.

Review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing personal information to it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, providers, business practices or legal obligations change.

The revised policy will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
